Western North American Commercial Director focused on the areas below.
Position Summary:
- Lead the commercial sales team in the Western Region – a $200MM business unit.
- Develop relationships with existing and target clients at the C-Level and also drive revenue growth through all product lines.
- Teaching, coaching and development of the team to become better sales professionals as well as future leaders within the commercial team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quarterly and annual financial targets and strategic targets.
- Drive commercial platforms to deliver against the company’s strategic and financial goals via specific targets, prioritized initiatives, and clear resource allocation.
- Evolve the culture of the commercial team to one that is more unified, collaborative, accountable, and solutions and results-oriented.
- Build a team of A-players; develop commercial regional and district manager A-players by end of 2020.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience spanning operations and commercial leadership in a construction or construction adjacent industry.
- Must have B2B experience and have served a mix of small local / regional customers and large regional or global key accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully driving large scale change.
- BA/BS degree required.
