VP of Marketing

Vice President of Marketing focused on the areas below.

 

Position Summary:

  • Plan, direct, and lead overarching marketing and sales strategy for 6 lines of programming.
  • Enhance fundraising efforts using a variety of traditional and digital tools.
  • Lead other departments across the organization including 9 direct reports.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve on Executive Leadership Team, helping to define overall vision and direction of the organization.
  • Identify and deploy marketing and sales strategies to move the needle forward. Measure performance and execute data analytics strategies to maximize sales.
  • Own pricing strategy and sales initiatives.
  • Increase engagement by communicating with in-house, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors. Lead and empower internal team members.

 

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of marketing and sales experience.
  • 5 years executive leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated strength in team building and collaboration.
  • Strong business acumen including experience in pricing, segmentation, omni-channel tactics, buying, technology, and innovation.
