Vice President of Commercial focused on the areas below.
Position Summary:
- Aligning customer-focused products and services to deliver a personalized end-to-end customer experience that positions our client for long-term growth.
- Determining market segment requirements, supporting the development of targeted offerings and coordinating teams and resources to deliver targeted outcomes.
- Creating new retail programs, enhancing basic service initiatives, and aligning rate design and analysis, customer strategy, technology adoption and adaptation.
Responsibilities:
- Develops deep relationships and collaborates with the areas of business that will impact the success of the organization.
- Maintains insights and perspectives on key segments, buyers and influencers.
- Provides a detailed understanding of new projects and initiatives that create win/win scenarios for the customer and company.
- Works closely with OpCo leadership to understand market and customer needs to develop product and service offerings
Requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership in a utility or energy delivery organization including an in-depth understanding of the commercial aspect of the energy delivery business.
- Ability to inspire both direct and indirect teams to achieve great outcomes and motivate them to go after the next big idea.
- Understand the big picture of how the regulatory framework affects the business and have the ability to strike a balance between customer and company benefit.
- Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA Preferred.
