Quarter in Review: Refine Search Remains Productive Amid Pandemic, Prepares for Strong Q3
Denver, CO – Refine Search, a prominent leadership search firm, has reported the placement of nine professionals during the second quarter of 2020. This strong performance comes despite the worldwide hiring slowdowns caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Although high-profile searches slowed in the last three months, Refine Search was able to adapt to a new environment by helping companies fill contract positions,” commented Mason Smith, Partner and Co-Founder. “We do what it takes to help our clients, whether that means providing them with permanent leaders or recruiting for contract positions.”
During the quarter, Refine Search made five Contract Recruiter placements for clients. Additionally, they recruited four full-time leaders set to start in July. These consist of an Account Executive, two Product Managers, and a Category Manager.
